Type V - Hours and days of application (art. 12.1ter / 13.1). Blue sign that specifies when the rule applies. Examples: 'Monday to Friday 8am-6pm', 'except Sunday and public holidays', '7:30am-5:30pm school days'. Outside these hours, the rule does NOT apply - you may drive/park normally.
