E11 - Semi-monthly parking throughout the built-up area. Indicates that at the entrance to the built-up area, the rule of fortnightly alternating parking (E5/E7) applies to all streets unless otherwise indicated: from the 1st to the 15th, parking is on one side; from the 16th to the end of the month, on the other side.
